(6) Precautions for inverter parts replacement

1

 Check for faulty or loose wiring.

2

 Coat the radiation surface of the IPM and diode bridge evenly with the grease that is provided with the 

service parts.

To avoid damage to the IPM, thoroughly check the wiring to the main circuit components in the diode bridge.

Apply a thin layer of heat radiation grease to the entire surface of the back of the IPM and diode bridge, 
and screw the module securely into place. 
Wipe off any grease that may get on the wiring terminal to avoid contact failure.
