13. Removing the compressor
(1) Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
(2) Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
(3) Remove the electric parts box. (See Photo 3)
(4) Remove the bell mouth. (See Photo 9)
(5) Remove the 3 valve bed fixing screws (4

10) and the
4 ball valve fixing screws(5
✕
16) to remove the valve bed.
(6) Remove the 3 rear panel fixing screws (5
✕
15) to the panel.
(7) Remove the cover panel fixing screw (5
✕
15) to remove
the front side of cover panel.
(8) Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit.
(9) Remove the 3 points of the compressor fixing nut with a
monkey wrench.
(10) Remove the brazed pipe of compressor intake and outlet
to remove the compressor

When the power supply terminal block of the compressor
is fixed with the screws, the tightening torque is from
1.4 to 1.7 N.m.
NOTE
●
Before using a burner, reclaim gas from the pipes until the
pressure gauge shows 0 kg/cm
2
(0 MPa).
●
Use the burner under the condition that gas can be recovered
even when the inner pressure rises by heat.
14. Removing the accumulator.
(1) Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit.
(2) Remove the compressor or remove the rear panel.
(3) Remove the brazed pipe of accumulator intake and outlet
to remove the accumulator
NOTE :
