Linear servo motor
Using the linear servo motor and linear encoder
enables the linear servo system to be
configured.

Using this function enables the direct drive
servo system to be configured to drive the direct
drive motor.

High-resolution encoder
A 67108864 pulses/rev high-resolution encoder
is used for the encoder of the rotary servo
motor.

Batteryless absolute position
encoder
The rotation position of the servo motor can be
backed up without the battery. Using the servo
motor with this encoder enables an absolute
value detection system to be configured without
battery.
