5. Removal of the POWER PCB
ASSY
1. Remove the top cover and front ASSY following “1.
Removal of the top cover and front ASSY.”
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following “2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASSY.”
3. Remove the ballast ASSY following “3. Removal of the
lamp power unit.”
4. Remove the optical unit following “4. Removal of the
optical unit.”
5. Remove the six screws (

) as shown in Fig. 2-5-1.
6. Remove the POWER PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-5-

6. Removal of the speaker and
KEYPAD PCB ASSY
1. Remove the top cover following “1. Removal of the top
cover and front ASSY.”
2. Remove the four screws (

) as shown in Fig. 2-6-1.
3. Disconnect the connector from the speaker.
4. Remove the speaker as shown in Fig. 2-6-1.
5. Remove the five screws (
a
) as shown in Fig. 2-6-2.
6. Remove the KEYPAD PCB ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-6-
2.
