Back ASSY
4. Removal of the optical unit
1. Remove the top cover and front ASSY following “1.
Removal of the top cover and front ASSY.”
2. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following “2. Removal of
the MAIN PCB ASSY.”
3. Remove the ballast ASSY following “3. Removal of the
lamp power unit.”
4. Remove the one screw (

) as shown in Fig. 2-4-1.
5. Disconnect the connector(PJ1) as shown in Fig. 2-4-1.
6. Remove the back ASSY as shown in Fig. 2-4-1.
7. Remove the four screws (
a
) as shown in Fig. 2-4-2.
8. Remove the optical unit as shown in Fig. 2-4-2.
