[Caution]

While Post card media is installed, do not set No. 11, 23, 26 and 27, or variable.

The error state will continue if a photo with those print settings is sent to a printer.

( You cannot stop service even after reboot the PC.)

[Method of recovery from the continued error state]

1. Press and hold the power button of PC to shutdown.

2. Power off Printer.

3. Turn on PC.

4. Log in with Admin, stop the service and go to Maintenance menu.

5. Tap "Clear all" to delete print jobs. ( All photo data will be deleted.)

6. Power on Printer.

or, load CK-D746, D768, D868 or D769 media (both ribbon and paper). The pending job will be

printed.
