In the Web menu you can access any page on another WAP site.
Note:
In DBC 425 01, Web is named WAP Services.
The keys are used in the following way:
•
The
home
navigation key: if it is pressed for at least two seconds it is always
possible to go back to the idle mode menu. With a short pressing of the
home
key, you return to the home page (the predefined WAP portal).
•
The
<
navigation key is used to go back to the previous page
•
When one of the
key pad keys (0-9)
is pressed for more than one second, the
corresponding digit is created (instead of the letter).
Text strings with an underscore are clickable links.
There is an
Options
(F1) key in most WAP pages. The
Option
menu has at least the
following functions:
Exit
Go to the Web top menu.
Home
Go to the home page (predefined WAP portal).
Refresh
Updates the current page by downloading it from the WAP site.
Use the navigation key to select the Web menu. The display shows:

menu is used when you want to browse other WAP pages than the
central directory, 11.1 Other WAP Sites on page 96 .
Home
menu: when this menu is selected you will reach the predefined WAP portal.
The prerequisite is that the network administrator has defined this portal.
