5.10.2 COMMON
Common Parking is the ability for you to put a call on hold that can be picked-up from
monitoring telephones, but only if your telephone is MNS represented on the other tele-
phones.
However common parking is not allowed if the ongoing call is connected to a confer-
ence (member or leader).
To initiate common parking
1.
Press the line key where you have the call in conversation or
Hold
(F3) menu
key.
2.
Replace the handset.
To pick up a common parked call
1.
When the call is common parked the
MNS
key on the represented extension
starts to blink.
2.
Press the blinking key to answer the call.
or
3.
Call from another extension to the extension on which common parking is initi-
ated. Make a call pick-up by pressing function key or by suffix dialing.
To readmit the call
1.
You cannot readmit the common parked call if any of the monitoring extensions
answers the call. Otherwise, press the
Line
key where you have the call parked.
2.
You are now connected to the original conversation partner.

BACK
During inquiry you can switch between the connected party and the calls parked on
Line 1
and
Line 2
or
Inquiry
key.
To use
Press the

or the
Line 2

key.
To end
