Setting up a conference during an enquiry call
You are engaged in an enquiry call (with one correspondent online and another on hold).
You wish to set up a three-way conference.
1 - Press the context
Conf
key or the
key.
2 - Press the key of the blinking line then press Conference (L1
for example). This is the correspondent who has been on hold.
-> The numbers of your two correspondents are displayed on
screen. You are holding a conference call.
Using the trace function

You want the number of the called or calling party (internal or external party) to be written
in the logbook, for example, to identify a malicious call.
1 - Press the context
Menu
key.
2 - Select
Trace
with
.
3 - Press
Select
to confirm.
-> A message confirms that your request has been taken into
account.
The number is stored in the logbook, which can be consulted by
the system operator.
Note:
When a call comes in and if the caller has on-hooked first,
the Trace function remains accessible for 10 seconds.
