Using the automatic callback function
You are calling an internal correspondent but he is busy and does not answer. You can
ask that he be called back automatically.
Enabling automatic callback
1 - Press the context Menu key.
2 - Press the context Callback key.
The automatic callback is saved and may be viewed by selecting
Menu > Activated features .
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line had been
busy) or has enabled his telephone (if absent), your terminal
rings. At this stage you can:
• Pick up or press Answer : your correspondent is then called
back.
• Press Ignore or the End key to cancel automatic callback.
Disabling the automatic callback function
If you wish to cancel a saved automatic callback:
1 - Press the context Menu key.
2 - Select Activated features (
)
then press Select to confirm.
3 - Select Call back (
)
then press Delete . To display the
number of the terminal concerned, press Select before
deleting.
-> The saved automatic callback is deleted.
