Step 4. Panel Alignment and Magnetic Seals Installation
1 .
Using a non-metal straight edge, ensure that the fixed panel (B) and hinge door
panel (A) are flush and center on the shower sill.
NOTICE
DOUBLE CHECK
that the panels are plumb.
2 .
Adjust the gap between the fixed panel (B) and hinge door panel (A) allowing an
approximate 5/8” (16 mm) gap between the two panels at the top and bottom.
3 .
Carefully remove the installation support blocks (T6) from the hinge door panel
(A).
4 .
Install hinge door panel magnetic seal (W) on hinge door panel (A) vertical
edge.
a .
The hinge door panel magnetic seal (W) should be flush with both the top
and bottom edges of the hinge door panel (A).
5 .
Install fixed panel magnetic seal (X) on fixed panel (B) vertical edge.
a .
The fixed panel magnetic seal (X) should be flush with the top edge of the
fixed panel (B).
b .
The bottom of the fixed panel magnetic seal (X) should be about 9/16” (14
mm) short of the bottom edge of the fixed panel (B) or sill.
6 .
Carefully test that the magnetic seals fully engaged along the vertical length of
the panels.
7 .
Carefully adjust the return panel (Y) and fixed panel (B) positions until desired
engagement between magnetic seals is achieved.
Étape 4. Alignement des panneaux et installation des

1 .

2 .
Ajustez l’espace entre le panneau fixe (B) et le la porte (A) en laissant un espace
d’environ 5/8 po (16 mm) entre le haut et le bas du panneau fixe et de la porte.
3 .
Retirez avec précaution les blocs de support d’installation (T6) de la porte (A).
4 .
Insérez le joint magnétique (W) sur le bord vertical de la porte (A).
a .
Le joint magnétique (W) doit être aligné avec les bords supérieur et
inférieur de la porte (A).
5 .
Insérez l’autre joint magnétique (X) sur le bord vertical du panneau fixe (B).
a .
Le joint magnétique (X) doit être aligné avec le bord supérieur du panneau
fixe (B).
b .
Le bas du joint magnétique (X) doit se trouver à environ 9/16 po (14 mm) du
bord inférieur du panneau fixe (B) ou du seuil.
6 .
Vérifiez soigneusement que les joints magnétiques sont complètement
engagés sur toute la longueur verticale du panneau fixe et de la porte.
7 .
Ajustez soigneusement la position du panneau de retour (Y) et le panneau fixe
(B) jusqu’à atteindre l’engagement souhaité entre les joints magnétiques.
