Step 3. Corner Panel Brackets (Z) Install
CAUTION
Wear safety glasses and cut-resistant, non-slip gloves to avoid
risk of injury.
1 .
Install the corner panel brackets (Z) onto the return panel (Y).
a .
Place the bracket body (Z-1) with a bracket gasket A (Z-2) on the outside
of the return panel (Y), as shown.
b .
Insert 2 - bracket bushing (Z-4) into each hole.
c .
Place a bracket gasket B (Z-3) and the bracket front plate (Z-5) on the
inside of the return panel (Y), as shown.
d .
Secure assembly with 2 - hex screws (Z-6) using hex wrench (T2).
CAUTION
DO NOT
tighten hex screw (Z-6).
e .
Repeat for other corner panel bracket (Z).
2 .
Install a wall side hinge door seal (J) onto the fixed panel (B).
3 .
Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, position the fixed
panel (B) on to the corner panel brackets (Z) installed on the return panel (Y).
4 .
Secure the fixed panel (B) to the corner panel brackets (Z) at the top and
bottom locations.
a .
Place a bracket gasket A (Z-2) and 2 - bracket gasket B (Z-3) on the outside
bracket body (Z-1).
b .
Insert a bracket bushing (Z-4) into each hole on the fixed panel (B).
c .
Place a bracket gasket B (Z-3) and the bracket front plate (Z-5) on the
inside of the fixed panel (B).
d .
Secure assembly with 2 - hex screws (Z-6) using hex wrench (T2).
CAUTION
DO NOT
tighten hex screw (Z-6).
e .
Repeat for other corner panel bracket (Z).
Étape 3. Installation des supports du panneau de coin (Z)
ATTENTION
Portez des lunettes de sécurité et des gants résistants aux
coupures et antidérapants pour éviter tout risque de blessure.
1 .
Installez les supports du panneau de coin (Z) sur le panneau de retour (Y).
a .
Placez le support (Z-1) avec un joint A (Z-2) sur l’extérieur du panneau de
retour (Y), comme indiqué.
b .
Insérez 1 bague (Z-4) dans chaque trou.
c .
Placez un joint de support B (Z-3) et la plaque avant du support (Z-5) sur
l’intérieur du panneau de retour (Y), comme indiqué.
d .
Fixez l’ensemble avec 2 vis hexagonales (Z-6) à l’aide de la clé hexagonale
(T2).
ATTENTION
NE SERREZ PAS
trop les vis hexagonales (Z-6).
e .
Répétez l’opération pour l’autre support de panneau de coin (Z).
2 .
Installez le joint de la porte à charnière côté mur (J) sur le panneau fixe (B).
3 .
Avec précaution, et avec l’aide d’un autre adulte compétent, positionnez
le panneau fixe (B) sur les supports du panneau de coin (Z) installés sur le
panneau de retour (Y).
4 .
Fixez le panneau fixe (B) aux supports de panneau de coin (Z) aux
emplacements supérieur et inférieur.
a .
Placer un joint de support A (Z-2) et 2 joints de support B (Z-3) sur
l’extérieur du support (Z-1).
b .
Insérez une bague (Z-4) dans chaque trou du panneau fixe (B).
c .
Placez un joint de support B (Z-3) et la plaque avant du support (Z-5) sur
l’intérieur du panneau fixe (B).
d .
Fixez l’ensemble avec 2 vis hexagonales (Z-6) à l’aide de la clé hexagonale
(T2).
ATTENTION
NE SERREZ PAS
trop les vis hexagonales (Z-6).
e .
Répétez l’opération pour l’autre support de panneau de coin (Z).
