5 Configuring PageScope

E-mail Notification

Mail notification is sent to the recipients in the

Send To

section list

whenever an error or alert is generated on a device being managed by
PageScope.

This feature can also be configured so the recipients specified here
receive device information mail whenever command mail addressed to
the PageScope server mail address specified on the

E-mail Setting

screen is sent.

Command mail sent from any other mail address is ignored.

• Basically, e-mail notification is capable of receiving notification from

all devices managed by PageScope. When

screen, however, e-mail

notification can be limited to that sent from devices specified as My
Printers devices only. See
