5 Configuring PageScope

36

To Assign an IP Address to a Device

1.

Type the IP address you want to assign to the device into the

IP

Address

box.

2.

Type the MAC address of the device network interface into the

MAC Address

box.

3.

After everything is the way you want, click the

Apply

button. To

clear all settings you have made on the setup screen, click the

Clear

button instead of

Apply

.

Note

• It takes some time after you click the

Apply

button until the IP address

is assigned to the device. In the Java mode, setting results appear in a
dialog box that appears. In the HTML mode, wait until the procedure
ends.
