Open the right-side cover.

Pull the right-side cover toward you, lift it,
and unhook it from its frame.

With the multipurpose tray still open, close the
right-side cover.

Insert the bottom of the duplex unit at a shal-
low angle into the right-side cover.
To do this, place the two tabs at the bottom into the
holes on the right-side cover.

Press the top of the duplex unit in.
