4 Extending the support arms
Ø Check that the towbar (if present) has been
removed and that the electric socket
support has been swivelled out of the way.
Ø
When swivelling it out of the way, watch
out for any obstacles beneath the vehicle.
Ø
There should also be sufficient clearance
immediately behind the vehicle.
Ø
Press and hold the operating button in the
motorhome rear garage to extend the
system.
Ø
Continue to hold the button down
throughout the entire manoeuvre.
Ø
Pay attention to the beeps:
•
Short beep – system is moving
•
Double beep – system has finished
extending
Ø
Once the system has fully extended, you
can start mounting the e.base.
