Turning off the units:

5.2.1. Enabling by sound (VOX)
This function allows the enabling of your baby monitor by sound when it is in idle mode.
If the baby unit does not detect any sound or the sound captured is under the sensibility threshold
for 20 seconds, it will stop transmitting. However, it will keep picking up the sounds around it
using a minimum amount of power. The parents’ unit will enter into idle mode and it will remain
silent.
When the baby unit detects any sound whose intensity is greater than the device’s sensitivity
threshold, it will start transmitting the signal again to the parents’ unit.
Sound sensitivity
Some babies are noisier than others! You can personalise the sensitivity of your baby monitor
to adjust it to your baby. Adjust the “High” sensitivity for a baby who sleeps peacefully with quiet
crying, adjust to “Low” sensitivity if the baby usually makes noise whilst sleeping or makes very
loud noises before crying.
It is possible to select between these two sensitivity levels. With this in mind, put the VOX switch
(22) in the LOW position if you wish to select the lowest sensitivity level. Put it in the HIGH
position to select the maximum sensitivity
5.2.2. Volume
You can adjust the desired volume to listen to your baby from amongst the 9 levels available,
using the buttons to raise/lower the volume (2 and 7) at the front of the parents’ unit. Whilst the
volume level is selected, the icon (D) will be displayed on the screen indicating how the volume
increases or falls.
The volume level selection will not affect the sensitivity of your baby monitor, which is configured
as has been shown in the previous section, solely at the volume at which the sounds will be
heard in the parents’ unit.
5.2.3. Vibration
If the parent unit is in very noisy surroundings, the user may not hear the sound from the speaker.
The user can in this case turn on vibration mode. When this mode is activated, the parent
unit vibrates each time the baby unit detects a sound that is louder than the noise threshold
corresponding to the sensitivity level selected.
You can activate vibration mode at any time, by holding down the RAISE VOLUME button (2)
for 5 seconds. The vibration icon (F) will appear in the display window. To deactivate vibration
mode, hold down the same button (2) again for 5 seconds. The vibration icon (F) will disappear.
If you select the lower sound level, vibration mode will automatically be activated, and the icon
(F) will be shown in the display window.
5.2.4. Low battery warning and charging indicator
Whilst the batteries of the parents’ units are charging, the charging and on LED indicator (9)
flashes green (if the parents’ unit is on and in LOW mode) or alternatively red and orange (if it is
off or on and in ZERO mode). Furthermore, the battery level indicator icon (A) will also show the
