No reception on the
Intercomunicador
- Unit has not been switched on.
- AC/DC adaptor has not been connected.
- Adjust the position of the Camera or Intercom.
- No Battery Power (check LED indicator (16)
- The transmitter may not be transmitting. (either not powered on or
in voice activation mode)
- Wrong Channel
- The Camera has the lens cover.
Remove the lens cover from the camera lens.
No picture display
but can hear sound
- Check if the LCD on/off switch.
- Low Power (Check the LED indicator)

Possible Cause – things to do/check
- The AUTO mode is selected on the camera, when there is no
noise detected by the camera it stops transmitting to save power.
Screen then turns off.
Select the CAMERA MODE on the camera to disable this function.

These icons appear on the top part of screen whenever the Intercom is Power On. And the
icons will disappear automatically after a few seconds. If you want to recuperate them, simply
press TALK button once. They will appear again. And they disappear automatically after a
few seconds.

Out of Range & Button (20)
When the Intercom cannot receive transmission signal from the Baby unit, the Intercom will
emit a beeping sound (if button (20) is in the ON position) and the screen will display No
Signal for 30 seconds. After that, the screen switches off. In this case, please reduce the
physical distance between Camera and Intercom or make sure the Camera is functioning
well. When Button (20) is switched to OFF, switch to silence for a quiet environment & a 'No
Signal' sign appears on the screen to alert you.
Batteries cannot
be recharged
- AC/DC adaptor has not been connected.
- Non-rechargeable battery has been used.
- Only special designed rechargeable batteries can be recharged.
