EQ
(PEQ)
Parametric equalization (PEQ) is a flexible type of equalization filter. In the HA-DSP, this block is commonly used
to correct the frequency response of the headphones. This can be done simply “by ear” or by using published
measurements of your headphones, but best results are achieved with the aid of measurements.

As an example in this section, we will use the following parametric EQ developed using REW:

Overview
To open the parametric equalizer settings window, click on the Left PEQ or Right PEQ block. Here is the settings
pane with the example parametric EQ already entered:
There are ten parametric EQ filters on each channel. Click the colored labels EQ1, EQ2 and so on to select the
controls for that filter.
