Measurement Mode > Mosaic Acquisition

in the

Measurement Wizard

.

Click the

Mosaic

tab in the

xyz-Table Visual XY

window.

Double-click the green square representing the field of view. The square will turn gray.

Click and drag the black dots at the edges to create a mosaic.
