INSTALLATION

5-1. Serial Number And Rating Label Location

The serial number for this product is located on

the front.

The rating information for this product is located on the back. Use rating label to determine

rated output. For future reference, write serial number in space provided on back cover of this manual.

Do not move or operate unit

where it could tip.

Do not lift unit from end.

Do not weld on base. Welding

on base can cause fuel tank fire

or explosion. Bolt unit down

using holes provided in base.

Always securely fasten weld-

ing generator onto transport

vehicle or trailer and comply

with all DOT and other applica-

ble codes.

NOTICE

−

Do not install unit where air

flow is restricted or engine may over-

heat.

See Section 4-2 for lifting eye rat-
ing.

Mounting:

Do not mount unit by support-

ing the base only at the four

mounting holes. Do not use

flexible mounts. Use cross-

supports to adequately sup-

port unit and prevent damage

to base.
