1 Swingpak Base or CBC Cart
2 Pipe Post With Base
3 Steel Bolt
Secure as shown using as a mini-
mum 1/2 in diameter SAE grade 5
steel bolts.

Swivel Assembly
Insert into pipe post. Lubricate
swivel.
