Run "ubloxGnss_sensor_windows_3264_v2.1.0.5.exe" in the directory of 
"\Drivers\GPS(u-blox)\Windows 7_8_8.1", and then follow the instructions to 
install. 

Windows 8.1/Ultimate 32-bit: 

*: First into the "Wireless Power Manager" to turn on the GPS device.
