Windows 8.1/Ultimate 64-bit: 

Run "Setup.exe" in the directory of "\Drivers\Intel_ME_8.1\Windows 7_8_8.1", 
and then follow the instructions to install. 

Windows 8.1/Ultimate 32-bit: 

Run "Setup.exe" in the directory of "\Drivers\Intel_ME_8.1\Windows 7_8_8.1", 
and then follow the instructions to install. 

 
Windows 8/Ultimate 64-bit:
