Open the flushing pipe (bottom left
of the back panel) by taking the cap
off. Hold a bowl underneath to
collect any water that may escape.
Pinch pipes to both to the upper left
and the upper right. Rinse syphon
trap. If necessary, take the burner
unit from the unit and pour water
into the heat exchanger to rinse the
syphon.

Isolate and drain boiler water.
Disassemble the three-way valve
by tilting the mounting springs 90°.
Remove the motor by pulling the
hairpin spring from the house and
inspect the three connecting feet of
the three-way valve.
