Content and structure

These operating instructions are an integral part of the device. They contain 
instructions and information concerning safe handling of the device and 
must be available to all users throughout the service life of the device. 
These operating instructions are aimed at trained operating personnel.

Marking system for integrated text and references

The following types of notices are used:

Danger

An imminent risk that could lead to serious physical injury or death.

Warning

A potentially dangerous situation that could lead to serious physical 

injury or death.

Caution

A potentially dangerous situation that could lead to minor physical 

injury.

Note

A potentially harmful situation in which the product or an item in the 

immediate vicinity could be damaged.
