accordance with the applicable legislation and standards.
The device has been developed in accordance with the state of the art.
Note
The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for damage resulting
from:

Disregard/failure to observe the operating instructions
h
Intentional misuse
h
Use for a purpose other than that intended
h
Operation by untrained personnel
h
Operation by non-professionals (carrying out maintenance work, etc.)
h
Technical modifications to the unit not agreed with the manufacturer
h
Use of spare parts not approved by the manufacturer
Responsibilities of the plant operator
The device is used in the commercial sector. The plant operator responsible
for the device is therefore under the legal obligations of industrial health and
safety. In addition to the safety information in these operating instructions,
the safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations
applicable to the area of application of the device must be observed.
The following applies in particular:

The plant operator must familiarise himself with the applicable
industrial health and safety provisions.

The plant operator must ensure that all employees who use the
device have read and understood these operating instructions.
y
In addition, he must provide regular training for personnel and
information about the risks that arise when handling the device.
y
The plant operator must provide personnel with the necessary
personal protective equipment.
y
The plant operator must arrange for regular inspection of all safety
equipment to ensure that it is complete and functioning properly.
