Danger of burning due to hot
surfaces.
The steam oven gets hot during op-
eration. You could burn yourself on
the oven compartment, side runners
or accessories. Droplets of water
may have accumulated underneath
the crockery.
Use oven gloves when working in the
hot oven compartment and when re-
moving the crockery.
During the standing time, the temperat-
ure is distributed evenly in the food.
After heating, allow the food to stand
at room temperature for a few
minutes to enable the heat to spread
evenly throughout the food.

standing times. These take the consist-
ency, the quantity and the initial tem-
perature of the food into account.
