DIAGNOSIS AND SOLUTION

EEPROM Parameter Error (EH00/EH0A)

Description:

The indoor or outdoor PCB main chip does not receive feedback from the EEPROM chip

Recommended parts to prepare:

• Indoor PCB

Troubleshooting and Repair

Review Figure 19 for the location of the EEPROM chip on the indoor and outdoor PCB.

Shut off the power supply and

turn it on 2 minutes later.

Is it still displaying

the error code ?

YES

Replace the indoor main PCB .

The unit is operating normally.
