14.1 General problems
Problem Cause/solution
Communication problems
(between BLE Gauge and the
data logger)
l
Reduce the distance between the BLE Gauge and the data
logger, and try to avoid obstacles such as walls and similar.
l
The capacity of the battery is virtually depleted.
l
Check that the correct serial number was specified when linking
the BLE Gauge with the data logger (see "Measurement
channels" on page 41).
l
When using "Automatic" mode, compare the displayed serial
number and that on the type plate (see "Measurement channels"
on page 41).
Fill level is not plausible.
l
Check whether there are any kinks in the cable or whether the
bend radius has fallen below the minimum permissible value of
60mm .
l
Check the pressure compensation membrane of the BLE Gauge
for any impurities (see "Overview" on page 14).
l
Check whether the inlet openings of the pressure sensor are
blocked (see "Overview" on page 14).
