Window of Interest
Window of Interest by Serial Command
The figure below shows where to locate the
start position of the row and column pointers
and how to measure the column depth and
row width dimensions.
Top (Row Pointer)
Left (Column Pointer)
Important:
The column pointer setting must be an even value. If a user enters an odd
value, it will be decreased automatically to the nearest even value. For example, if a user
enters a setting of
101
, it will automatically be reduced to
100
(although a user request for
this setting would still show
101
).
Height (Row Depth)
Width (Column Width)
Important:
The column width value must be a modulus 8 value. If a user enters a non-
modulus 8 value, it will be decreased automatically to the nearest modulus 8 value. For
example, if a user enters a setting of
639
, it will automatically be reduced to
632
(although
a user request for this setting would still show
639
).
Definition: Defines the row position of the
upper-left starting point of the
window.
