NOTE: Spider SAS can be used without HookUp RS software (see chapter: Starting
Recording: Anonymous Mode § 11.) In that case it is not possible to synchronize date and
time. As the Surname, First name and ID fields cannot be filled out, the patient name will be
"Anonymous" (see picture above).
