After all sides of the blade are free of residue, rinse the saw blade
in a sink under running water, then pat dry in the folded towel.
Spray protective lubricant on both sides of the saw blade if
desired. The blade is now ready to be reinstalled on the saw, or
stored away for later use.

CLEANING SAW BLADES (CONT.)
2.1.3
Cleaning the outer edges of the
carbide teeth (optional)
If you would like to clean the outer
edges of the carbide teeth, hold the
saw blade vertically so the teeth make
contact with the
BLADECLEAN™ Pad
.
Rotate the saw blade one full revolution
in the direction opposite to the cutting
direction.
TIP:
Cutting quality will not be affected if there is any residue remaining in the
gulets. Clean it with the brush before rinsing if desired.
IMPORTANT:
Wipe clean and dry all parts including the magnetic handle after
cleaning bits or blades. This will help prevent staining, rust, or corrosion caused
by excess moisture. Be sure to check the storage pockets on the large lid and
wipe away any liquid that may have gathered there.
