PASSWD, Change Password

PASSWD <Old Password> <New Password> <New Password>

Changes the password for the PROFESSIONAL level.
The old password must be entered once, and the new password twice. If the new passwords do not match,
an error message is displayed. A password may only contain letters (A to Z) and numbers, but no letters with
accents or umlauts. Upper and lower case are distinguished. The maximum length is 31 characters.
