4.2 Maintenance

!

Failure to follow these maintenance procedures may result in

premature wear or damage to the heat pump.

4.2.1 Removing the Chilled Mirror Reference Sensor for Mirror Cleaning

1.

Remove the 4 screws securing the top lid to the OptiCal.

2.

Disconnect the sensor cable from the Optidew sensor.

3.

Unscrew the Optidew sensor from the side of the chamber.

4.

Clean the sensor mirror according to the instructions in the next section.
