Step 1 -
Take the crossbar and both post weldments and lay them all out on a flat surface
with the channel in the back facing upwards.
Slide the M8 channel nuts into the channel as shown in Detail C.
Place 2 channel nuts into each end of the crossbar, as shown in Detail A, moving
them to the position shown in Detail D, this position will be slightly further spread
apart if using the larger hinges.
Place 2 channel nuts into the top corner of each post weldment, as shown in
Detail A, moving them to the position shown in Detail D, this position will be
slightly further spread apart if using the larger hinges.
Place 3 channel nuts into the bottom of each post weldment, as shown in Detail B,
moving 1 to the top of the post as shown in Detail D, with the 2 remaining staying
towards the bottom of the post as shown in Detail E.
If you are using the larger hinges, an extra channel nut will be required in the
post weldment, this will moved to the top of the post so that there are 2 channel
nuts in the post in Detail D.
Once the channel nuts are in position, simply slide the corner knuckles into the
crossbar by moving the box section so that it rests on positions 1-5 shown in
Detail C
