NTC temperature probes, standard oil or water temperature probes.
At ambient temperature: 1500 – 3000 depending on type.
At operating temperature: 50-150 depending on type.
Note that the number decreases with temperature.
MGL precision semiconductor probe:
At zero degrees C: approximately 2228. For every degree C above that, add 8.2.
The count increases with temperature.
Values of zero (or close to that) on any of the ADC inputs may indicate a connection that is
shorted to ground while a very high number (>4000) could mean a bad connection or a faulty
probe.
If you suspect a faulty RDAC input, always verify this with a multimeter. Compare the voltage you
are measuring at the suspected terminal with the value you are getting from this menu function.
