SUPPORT CASTORS
The support wheels are to increase the tilting
stability (fig. 26) and can be swivelled under
the seat (fig. 28).
– Higher tilting stability through the support
wheels.
– Free foot space for the helper with the sup-
port wheels swung inwards.
– Ideal adjustment to the set drive-wheel posi-
tion (Vario block) by adjustment of the sup-
port wheels

Note:
Depending on the version the support cas-
tors can be attached singly or as a pair.
Swinging the support castors
Press the support wheels out of the locking (fig.
27) then swivel them inward until the lock en-
gages automatically (fig. 28).
Height adjustment
The support tube is height adjustable by 35
mm in 2 positions.
Handling:
– Detaching drive wheels.
– Remove screw (A, fig. 29).
– Slide the support wheel tube until the holes
of back support and support wheel tube are
aligned in the next fastening position.
– Remount the screw (A, fig. 29) in the new
hole position.
– Attaching the driving wheels (view chapter
“Drive wheels”).

Attention:
After each adjustment to the support wheel
tubes the screwed connections have to be
checked for secure hold!
