What is Cover
ed:
Meyer
Pr
oducts,
LLC,
warrants
to
the
original
pur
chaser
of
Meyer®
and
Diamond®
brand
pr
oducts
that
they
will
be
fr
ee
fr
om
defects
in
materials
or
workmanship,
with
the
exceptions
stated
below
.
No
person
is
authorized
to
change
this
warranty
or
to
cr
eate
any
additional
warranty
on
Meyer®/
Diamond® pr
oducts.
How Long Coverage Lasts:
This
warranty
runs
for
a
period
of
two
years
fr
om
the
date
of
pur
chase
on
any
pur
chase
of
a
complete
Snow
Plow
Package
1
.
If
the
Package
is
register
ed
online
at
www
.meyerproducts.com
within
sixty
(60)
days
of
pur
chase,
your
warranty
for
the
Package
will
be
extended
for
a
period
of
one
year
and
you
will
also
receive
a
warranty
for
a
period
of
five
years
fr
om
the
date
of
pur
chase
on
Structural
Steel
2
.
In
addition
to
the
warranties
covering
a
complete
Snow
Plow
Package
and
Structural
Steel,
you
will
receive
a
warranty
for
a
period
of
one
year
fr
om
the
date
of
pur
chase
on
individual
parts,
components,
or
accessories.
All
for
egoing
warranties
apply
only
to
an
original
pur
chaser
of
the
pr
oduct
if
the
pr
oduct
is
installed
by
an
authorized
Distributor/Sub-Distributor
and
terminate
if
the
pr
oduct
is
sold
or
otherwise
transferr
ed.
Some
states
do
not
allow
limitations
on
how
long
an
implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
What is Not Cover
ed:
This warranty does not cover: •
Pr
oblems
caused
by
failur
e
to
follow
the
pr
oduct
instructions,
failur
e
to
maintain
the
pr
oduct
as
described in the Operator’
s Manual, or failur
e to maintain pr
oper levels of lubricants;
•
Pr
oblems
caused
by
contamination
or
restriction
of
lubricant
systems,
or
damage
resulting
fr
om
rust, corr
osion, fr
eezing or overheating;
•
Paint,
or
expendable
snow
plow
parts
such
as
pins,
runners,
cutting
edges,
chr
ome
plating,
springs and markers;
•
Damage
to
any
vehicle
to
which
the
pr
oducts
ar
e
mounted,
or
the
suitability
of
any
pr
oduct
for
vehicles
which
ar
e
not
fitted
with
the
appr
opriate
heavy-duty
snow
plow
service
pr
eparation
parts;
•
Damage
caused
by
usage
that
is
not
in
accor
dance
with
pr
oduct
instructions
(use
of
the
snow
plow for any purpose other than plowing snow is consider
ed misuse and abuse);
•
Any
snow
plow
,
or
any
part,
component,
or
assembly
ther
eof,
which
has
been
modified
or
alter
ed;
•
Pr
oblems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Meyer Pr
oducts;
•
Cost
of
tax,
fr
eight,
transportation
or
storage
char
ges,
envir
onmental
char
ges,
solvents,
sealants,
lubricants or any other normal shop supplies.
•
Pr
oblems
caused
by
collision,
fir
e,
theft,
vandalism,
riot,
explosion,
lightning,
earthquake,
windstorm, hail, water
, flood, or any other Acts of God;
•
Liability
for
damage
to
pr
operty
,
or
injury
to,
or
death
of
any
person
arising
out
of
the
operation,
maintenance or use of the cover
ed pr
oduct;
•
Pr
oducts with missing or alter
ed serial numbers;
The
original
pur
chaser’
s
sole
and
exclusive
remedy
against
Meyer
Pr
oducts
and
its
Distributors
and
Sub-Distributors,
and
Meyer
Pr
oducts’
sole
obligation
for
any
and
all
claims,
whether
for
br
each
of
contract,
warranty
,
tort
(including
negligence)
or
otherwise
shall
be
limited
to
pr
oviding,
thr
ough
its
authorized
Distributor/Sub-Distributor
network,
all
labor
and/or
parts
necessary
to
corr
ect
such
defects
fr
ee
of
char
ge.
Any
cost
incurr
ed
in
retur
ning
the
pr
oduct
to
an
authorized
Meyer®/
Diamond®
Distributor/Sub-Distributor
is
the
responsibility
of
the
original
pur
chaser
.
ALL
EXPRESS
AND
IMPLIED

ARRANTIES
FOR
THE
PRODUCT

INCLUDING,
WITHOUT
LIMIT
ATION,
ANY
IMPLIED

ARRANTIES
OF
MERCHANT
ABILITY
AND
FITNESS
FOR

TICULAR
PURPOSE,
ARE
LIMITED
IN
TIME
TO
THE
TERM
OF
THE
LIMITED

ARRANTY
PERIOD.

claims
against
you
for
damages,
for

oducts
not
being
available
for
use,

for
lost

ofits.
Meyer
Pr
oducts’
liability
will
be
no
mor
e
than
the
amount
you
paid
for
the
pr
oduct
that
is
the
subject
of
a
claim;
this
is
the
maximum
amount
for
which
we
ar
e
responsible.
Some
states

not

the
exclusion
or
limitation
of
incidental

consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
