Application Creation

Menu properties (cont.)

Save Data

Click on the checkbox to activate this setting. If this setting is activated it will configure the
Optimus to save the data for each form in a separate file.

Menu and Item caption

Save caption

– Add the menu caption to the transaction record if this menu is

running.

Save selected item

– Save the selected menu item to the data file if this menu is used.

Pass down

– Do not save the above data, just pass it to the next menu or form.

Action

ESC

– The setting specifies which form or menu to be shown when the user

hits the ESC key. Normally this key is used to go back to the
previous form or menu.

Menu Caption

– The Menu caption setting specifies the caption for the current menu.

This is an optional setting.
