ASSEMBLY
1. Remove top and bottom halves from box and place on a flat surface.
2. Remove axle, wheels, flat washers, and cotter pins.
3. Slide axle through support holes on bottom of cylinder support.
4. Place wheel over axle followed by flat washer and secure with cotter pin (Repeat for opposite
side).
5. Secure top half of cylinder cart through alignment hole of bottom half of cylinder cart and
secure with bolt, flat washer, lock washer, and nut (repeat for three holes).
6. Secure top half to bottom half by inserting bolt through frame with flat washer on both sides of
bolt followed by lock washer and nut.
7. Align Cylinder Securement Chains to desired length through slots to secure bottle in place.
