3.3.5 Event Settings
Alarm
There are a set of alarm ports on the unit including 6 inputs and 1 output. The input port can be configured with
128 preset points and 4 auto patrols. Once triggered, the unit will immediately execute the predefined
actions by
users.

 Alarm Input
 Enable: Set the Alarm Input as “ON” to enable it.
 Type: Choose “NO” for normally open or NC for normally close. NO (Normally Opened): An alarm
will be triggered when the external contact closes.NC (Normally Closed): An alarm will be triggered
when the external contact opens.
 PTZ Action
Specify the action to be taken when alarm is triggered.
 Preset ID
：
Choose preset position ID from 1 to 128.
 Patrol ID
：
Choose patrol group ID from 1 to 4.
 Type: Choose “Preset” or “Auto Patrol” action to be executed when alarm is triggered.
 Alarm Output

 Mode: Set the Alarm Mode as ON, OFF, or Event. When triggered, the unit will send out a warning
through Alarm output to connected external devices such as sirens or flashing lights to signal that
an alarm is activated. Selecting “ON” to enable this function and “OFF” to disable it, while choosing
“Event” for alarm after receiving signals.
 Dwell Time: Choose the hold time of alarm to be Infinite, 5s,10s,15s, or 30s.
