 Read Community String
SNMPv1/2 uses community name to authenticate the identity. “Public” is the default password for the
server to get info from the camera. “Private” is the default password for the serer to modify values of the
camera. You can respectively set alternative passwords as your community name.

Write Community String
Enter the SNMP write community string that identifies the valid write community.
 Trap Enable
Select ON or OFF to enable or disable the trap function. If enabled, the camera will send alert to the trap
server.

Trap Host:
If trap function is enabled, ether the IP address of the trap server to receive the alert from the camera.
 Heartbeat Enable
Select ON or OFF to enable or disable the heartbeat function. If enabled, the camera will send a tiny
amount of data to the heartbeat server to allow the server to be aware of the camera‟s status.

Heartbeat Host
If heartbeat function is enabled, ether the IP address of the heartbeat server to receive the data from the
camera.
 Heartbeat Interval (1~86400)
Enter a value to define how often for the camera to send the data to the heartbeat server.

Download MIB
Click the Download button and a dialog will be displayed. You can select to view or save the MIB
(Management Information Base) of the camera.
