harness strap over the
splitter plate (Figure G).

for the other harness
strap.

9. From the front side of
the restraint, grasp the
buckle anchor and twist
it so that it can be in-
serted into the appro-
priate anchor slot
(Figure H).
10. Insert the buckle an-
chor through the slot
(Figure H); then pull it
through to the back
side of the restraint
(Figure I) and place it
flat against the restraint
(Inset J).
