Step 6
Parts needed -
Place the Bunk Floor (
No. 6
) onto the
horizontal framing of the Plain Panel
(
No.3
) and flush with the horizontal
framing of the Tall Window panel
(
No.4
).
Fix into position by screwing through
the bunk floor into the panel framing
using 8x70mm screws as shown.

Parts needed -
Position the Door Panel
(No. 2)
centrally
on top of the floor, between the two
window panels
(No.4 & No.5).
Ensure
the Bunk Floor (No.6) is positioned on
top of the Door Panel framing
(No.2).
Fix by screwing through the Window
Panel’s framing into the Door Panel
(No.2) using 6x50mm screws.
Do not secure the building to the
Floor until the Roof is fitted.

Further secure the Bunk Floor
(No. 6)
onto the horizontal framing of the
Door Panel
(No. 2)
as shown.
Fix into position using 4x70mm
screws as shown.
**Please note: The bunk floor will
not sit flush if the building is not
sitting square. The building may
need to be adjusted accordingly
before fixing the bunk floor in
place.
