Fix the Fascias (
No.25 & 26)
to the
front and back of the building
using 3x40mm screws per Fascia.
Fix the Finials ( No.27 ) centrally
over the Fascias using 2x40mm
screws per finial.
Ensure to trap the felt between the
Fascia and the building.

Parts needed - &
Fix the Black Handle ( No. 29 ) to the Door
using 4x30mm black screws.
Fix the Door Stop ( No. 28 ) to the inside of
the Door Panel at the top and bottom
using 3x20mm screws as shown per door stop.
4x 30mm black screws.
6x20mm screws.

It is ESSENTIAL that you apply wood
treatment immediately after the building
has been assembled.
AFTER TREATMENT:

Playhouse Maintenance:
It is recommended that the following checks and maintenance are carried out at the beginning
of each season as well as at regular intervals during the usage season.
- Check all nuts /bolts/ screws for tightness and tighten when required.
- Check for movement / opening of wood giving rise to protrusion of nail heads and tips.
- Check hinges.
- Replace defective parts in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
- Check any crossbeams, suspensions and anchors.
- If a swing is included; check the swing seat, chains and ropes.
IF THESE CHECKS ARE NOT CARRIED OUT THE ACTIVITY TOY COULD BECOME A HAZARD
