Position a chisel with narrow blade or a

screwdriver into the deep-drawn edge of the

Carefully knock in plug on one side far

enough for it to turn through its own longitudinal

and withdraw with pliers.

Thoroughly clean sealing surface of

residues. The sealing surface must be free of

grease.

Coat sealing surface with sealant Loctite

241, 002 989 94

Note

The sealant must cure for approx. 45 minutes

before adding the engine coolant.
