USE
Intended use
The vacuum marinator is intended to be use
for vacuum marinating of meat, fish, poultry
and vegetables. The vacuum pump empties the
air from the container and the underpressure
that then arises causes the fibres and pores in
the food to open, so that the marinade can
penetrate deeper. When air is then released
into the container the fibres and pores in the
food close and retain the marinade. The food
therefore becomes juicier and more tasty.
Before using for first time
Remove all parts from the packaging and
wash the container and lid with hot water and
washing-up liquid. Rinse and wipe.
NOTE:
Do not wash the parts in a dishwasher.
Use
1. Place the container upright and take off
the lid.
2. Place the food in the container and add the
required marinade. Do not put more than
3.2 kg of food in the container.
3. Put the lid valve in the position
OPEN
.

4. Put the lid on the container.
5. Plug the plug into the power point. An
audio prompt is heard. Press the power
switch button. An audio prompt is heard,
the display shows 0:00 and the red status
lamp goes on. The vacuum marinator is in
standby mode.
6. Open the lid, take out the vacuum hose
and put the lid valve in the position
