Installation Step 1

BEFORE THE UNIT IS INSTALLED INTO THE ISLAND, SOME ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED. FOLLOW THE STEPS
LISTED BELOW.

1.  REMOVE ITEM 14 FROM THE UNIT
2.  FASTEN ITEMS 12 AND 24 TO THE UNIT USING ITEM 10 (10X).
3.  FASTEN ITEM 6 TO ITEMS 12 AND 24 USING ITEM 5 (2X).
4.  THREAD ITEM 13 (4X) INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT IN FOUR LOCATIONS,

THIS STEP IS ONLY TO

BE DONE IF THE GRILL IS GOING TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE LEVELING FEET (ITEM 13) AND NOT
THE SIDE BRACKETS (ITEMS 12 AND 24).

5. (TO REDUCE THE CLEARANCE TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS, THE OPTIONAL HEAT SHIELD KIT

SHOULD BE USED) ATTACH ITEM 11 (2X) TO THE SIDES OF THE UNIT BY ENGAGING ITEM 11 INTO
THE SIDE BRACKETS (ITEMS 12 AND 24) AND FASTENING ITEM 11 TO THE UNIT USING ITEM 30
(4X).

REFER TO PAGE 5 FOR ITEM PART NUMBERS, DESCRIPTIONS AND QUANTITIES
