Si votre appareil semble avoir un problème, vérifiez le tableau ci-dessous avant de contacter
un centre de réparation autorisé.

L’appareil ne s’allume pas. L’appareil n’est pas allumé.
Appuyez sur la touche Power
pendant une seconde pour l’allumer.
Le bloc-piles est faible ou vide.
Rechargez le bloc-piles.
Les photos/vidéos sont de
mauvaise qualité.
L’éclairage n’est pas suffisant.
Prenez la photo avec un meilleur
éclairage et/ou ajustez le réglage
EV.
Les lentilles sont sales.
Nettoyez-les avec un chiffon doux.
Le sujet est trop près.
Tournez le sélecteur Macro ( / )
sur la position haute ( ).
Le sujet ou l’appareil a bougé
pendant la prise de la photo.
Tenez l’appareil immobile jusqu’à
ce que la photo soit prise.
Le sujet est trop loin.
Tournez le sélecteur Macro ( / )
sur la position basse ( ).
La résolution est trop faible.
Utilisez une résolution plus élevée
(voir page 34).
La balance des blancs n’est pas
réglée correctement.
Réglez l’option White Balance en
fonction de l’environnement.
